About Hannah Jane Condominium Association
Hannah Jane Condominiums is a residential community with thirty (30) privately owned condominiums located on Hannah Jane Plance, a private street, in Eagle River, AK. The intent of the developers was to create a carefully planned subdivision that would provide an attractive place to live for the benefit and enjoyment of present and future homeowners. Hannah Jane owns its own street and common areas for the benefit of the residents and their guests. All owners within Hannah Jane, as mandatory members of the Association, are required to preserve the natural beauty of their property.
